40 Year Reunion

Hello Friends and Classmates!
We had six reunions without an interruption until … the Covid pandemic. 2027 brings our 40th reunion, and we need to make up for lost time. I have made some preliminary plans. Please save the date — April 24, 2027. I have reserved the boat club on Old Gun Road, which is a great location for gathering a large group, and I have a tent on hold in case of inclement weather. I have a local band booked, The Kyle Wade Band. They play around Richmond, and everyone enjoys them. I have asked them to focus on music from the 80s as well as other crowd pleasers. I have Arroz food truck on reserve and may book another food truck depending on the number of attendees. The good thing about the boat club is we can hold the party “BYOB” which helps keep the cost per person down. I hope we can make this reunion special by having some fun activities on the day , catching up with old friends and honoring classmates we have lost. Two favors… 1) I’ll be reaching out shortly to set up a committee of folks who would like to help organize, so please consider volunteering. 2) Please help spread the word by reaching out to friends.
