5 Day Hot Yoga Teacher Training with Missy White & Marina Mogul in studio and onlineIn this 40 hour intense program you will be provided with the knowledge and skills necessary to teach a 60 minute Traditional Hot Yoga Class and a 75 minute Hot Flow Class.
This comprehensive training includes in depth instruction on yoga philosophy, postures and alignment, anatomy and physiology, class dialog and meditation.
