Wear Comfortable Clothing
Choose loose, comfortable attire that allows you to breathe deeply and move freely. Think yoga pants, leggings, or any soft, non-restrictive clothing.

Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water before the class to keep your body hydrated. However, avoid heavy meals and excessive drinking right before the session to stay comfortable.

Bring a Mat or a Blanket and a Cushion
