FOUR CLASSES, THURSDAY EVENINGS IN FEBRUARY
Learn and practice wheel throwing techniques in this 4 week course! Start with the basics of centering and pulling walls, then progress to building height, checking for consistent thickness, and controlling the clay to achieve different forms. Topics include common clay tools and terms, clay studio processes, and reclaiming your clay so nothing is wasted as you develop your skills.
You'll make many practice pieces during the month, and can expect to have 5-7 pieces glazed and fired to keep. Fired pieces will be available for pickup approx 3 weeks after class.
The last 30 minutes of each class will be reserved for cleanup and review. Must be able to attend all 4 classes. Age 16+ only.
