What if the parts of you you've hidden away are the keys to your healing?Shadow work invites you to gently explore the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and emotions that shape your thoughts, relationships, and sense of self. Over four transformative weeks, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to uncover the stories you’ve buried, make peace with your “unacceptable” parts, and reclaim the fullness of who you are.
Each week blends guided reflection, psychoeducation, journaling prompts, group discussion, and integrative practices to help you:
🌑 Understand the roots of the shadow and how it shows up in daily life
🪞 Identify and befriend your triggers, projections, and inner critic
🌱 Cultivate self-compassion and rewrite limiting inner narratives
🌕 Reclaim lost strengths, desires, and your inherent worth
