08/02 Week 1 Gentle Mobility

08/09 Week 2 Range of Motion Assessment + Muscle Activation Exercises

08/16 Week 3 Light strength exercises for posture rebuilding

08/23 Week 4 Functional strength exercises to gain strength and muscles

WHAT is the benefit of this workshop?

After completing this 4-week program, you will know how to restore range of motion, activate muscles, and perform functional strength exercises to feel powerful in your body and movement.

• Who experiences tightness around the shoulders/chest/upper back
• Who wants to cultivate a workout routine to gain strength after top surgery
• Who wants to bring alignment in their upper body posture

Note:

This is a group personal coaching program! You will be working with other queer individuals in a 4-person group. This program is for individuals who would like to support and be supported within the community. By offering group personal training, I am able to make personal coaching more accessible than traditional one-on-one coaching sessions.

About Frankie

Frankie is a NASM certificated personal trainner. Their specialty is functional strength training, bodybuilding, imbalance posture/movement pattern corrective training, body recomposition. They have helped trainees to achieve their body transformation, release pain and discomfort from imbalanced posture and movement patterns, and achieve specific performative goals, especially for dancers.
