Have you been wanting to try handstands, start working your pole handstand, or have a handstand practice but looking for cues and drills for better alignment and balance? In this all levels series we will do conditioning and mobility drill on the mat that will take us to the wall and beyond with our handstand journey to find balance. Good for students just starting out or for those wanting to improve. Take the whole series or just pop in on one or two!$89/person for 4 weeks, $25 per (single workshops bookable after Nov 9th)
