This 4-Week Course offers a safe supportive space to explore your inner world and the connection between your emotions, beliefs, coping mechanisms and other internal experiences.
Each week offers simple yet powerful practices to help you regulate your nervous system, understand emotional and behavioural patterns and develop a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself and others.
We have both walked this journey for many years and share our wisdom from a space of deep knowing. This is powerful work with the opportunity to deepen your journey in our 8-Week Programme: Returning to Wholeness (Level 2).
These are the teachings which have supported us both to heal from severe chronic illness and mental health issues. The transformation that is possible with this work is really quite incredible.
*This course is in-person and spaces are limited to maintain a small group setting.
