OUT OF SURVIVAL When we are in survival mode we are reactive, stressed, fearful, disconnected and numb. Everything can feel overwhelming and a struggle. Many people live for years in this state.
In a supportive small group we will use:
• Breathwork
• Somatic Movement
• Self Acupressure
So that you can come out of survival mode and into a calmer, more regulated inner space.
Spaces are limited. Booking is essential.
The group will run:
Mondays 7pm- 8:30pm
10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st March
Cost: $180 for all 4 weeks
