It's Back!The 4 Week Beginner Suspension Yoga Series is designed to offer you an opportunity to expand and deepen your Suspension Yoga practice through 4 culminating classes. (1 hour each week.)
Whether you are new to suspension/inversion yoga or it's been a while and you want a fun refresher, this series is for you!
Learn and revisit all the skills you need to build a safe, fun, and satisfying suspension/inversion practice!
The first week will introduce you to the equipment and the safety information, as well as the history and benefits of suspended inversions. THE FIRST CLASS IS MANDATORY- please make sure you can attend.
The remaining three weeks will offer you a unique opportunity to grow your skills and learn many postures and ways to support your practice; including therapeutic postures, core challenge sequences, and floating/flying expressions of popular poses.
Each class begins with mindfulness and breath work followed by a warm up, postural sequence, and final relaxation.
At the completion of this series you will have built a strong foundation to pursue a satisfying and rewarding Suspension Yoga practice.
