4 Week Adult Beginners Cheer Course. May 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th.

Our reception will open 5 minutes before the time of your class (7:55pm), during these 5 minutes, your coach will meet you in reception and take you into the gym. Reception will then be locked for the duration of the class and be unlocked for you at the end of the session. We do ask you are on time but in the event you are late, please ring the doorbell.

We cannot allow any jewellery in the gym so please ensure it's removed or securely taped up. You can wear any comfortable sports clothing (we recommend being in layers for after you've warmed up!) As this course is for beginners, we don't expect anyone to have cheer shoes so it will be bare feet in the gym, socks aren't allowed due to being potential slip hazards. Please have your hair tied out of your face and bring water with you (only water is allowed in the gym). There are shelves for you to put your shoes, keys etc and feel free to bring a sweat towel if this makes you feel more comfortable, although this course is not designed to be intense.

Unfortunately we cannot keep hold of lost property so please make sure bottles and jumpers/belongings are named.

Due to the positive and relaxed culture at Brave, we implement a closed session policy (this means we will have no one just watching the sessions). We find this helps participants to feel at ease and confident to step outside their comfort zone to progress. 

Please use the parking bays provided to the side and back of the premises, depending on the time of day there may also be roadside parking. Please avoid parking in the neighbouring businesses spaces whilst they are open.
