[4-sessions] Basic Buddhism Course (Dharma and Cultivation) Module Four

As we arrive at the final module of the Basic Buddhism Course, we warmly invite you to deepen your understanding and bring your learning full circle.

Module Four (4-part module) builds on the foundations laid earlier, guiding participants to reflect more deeply on the Buddha’s teachings and to live them with clarity, compassion, and wisdom in daily life.Whether or not you attended the previous modules, you are most welcome to join.

Each session is designed to stand on its own while supporting your broader Dharma learning journey.Unlike traditional theory-centred classes, this course continues to emphasise practical application that helps you nurture mindfulness, stabilise your thoughts, and cultivate inner calm amidst the pace of modern life.

Under the guidance of Venerable Shi Chuan Jia, participants will explore key Dharma themes and discover how these teachings can support harmony at work, in relationships, and in one's personal well-being.

To maintain a meaningful and interactive learning environment, each intake remains intentionally small. This encourages genuine sharing, thoughtful reflection, and personalised guidance throughout the sessions.
