4-Session Practice Class For Needle Worries

Do you need to prepare yourself or your child (7 and older) for an upcoming needle procedure, like a vaccine, blood draw, or dental procedure?

Join Dr. Joanna Patten, psychologist and needle phobia expert, to learn ways to prepare and cope successfully.

Participants will receive a workbook and kit of materials for home practice and practice during class sessions.

Classes will be weekly on Zoom on Mondays from 5-6pm PST on 2/24; 3/3; 3/10; and 3/17. Most participants will be able to schedule and complete their needle procedure between weeks 3 and 4 of the class.
