4-H Ropes Course Facilitator Training

This is a 3 day training on low ropes course facilitation in which you will learn games and initiatives that build teamwork, problem-solving, trust, and communication within groups. All of these fun and engaging experiential activities can be easily adapted and replicated at your programming site/facility.

During the first day you will engage as a participant and you'll get to experience first hand these types of games. During the second day we will go over the nuts and bolts of facilitation, the how and why of team building. Finally on the 3rd day you will work in teams of two to practice the new skills you have learned. At the end of the 3rd day, you will leave with the ability to design, facilitate and create a low ropes course program at your facility.

Warning: this training will be outdoors. You will be physically active for the 3 days. There are no power points. You will be invited to engage, play and have fun~

Lunch and snacks is included in registration fee.
