4-H Photography Camp

This camp is open to current 4-Hers and the general public. This fun 4-H camp will teach youth ages 11-18 about basic camera functions and photography composition.

Topics to be covered:

• Camera functions
• Proper handling of equipment
• Composition: rule of thirds, framing, leading lines, high/low angle, and symmetrical/asymmetrical photography
• Careers in photography

This camp will include hands on activities. Participants will need to provide their own digital camera or camera phone to practice taking pictures during the camp.

Youth not currently enrolled in 4-H will be emailed instructions on registering as a 4-H member.
