4-H Model Rocketry Launch Day Extravaganza 2024

Have you ever wanted to learn more about Model Rocketry? Are you interested in learning more Model Rocketry skills? Then this is the event for you! Participants ages 8 - 18 will learn more about Model Rocketry, have the chance to launch rockets (they can bring their own rocket if they have one, if they don't have one, they can launch a pre-built rocket) and watch demonstrations. Youth ages 7 and under can launch an air rocket, which will be provided. They will also be able to watch the demonstrations and learn more about Model Rocketry. Snacks will be provided.

More information will be emailed to participants after the Monday, May 13 registration deadline. This event is open to both 4-H Families AND members of the public. There is no cost to attend. The end time is approximate. The Model Rocketry Launch Day Extravaganza 2024 will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024 starting at 7 a.m. at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. Registration is required. PLEASE NOTE: Event registration may close earlier than 5/13 if all spots fill up.
