Finding Your Spark • Creating Calm • Growing Confidence • Discovering Your Best Self
Grades 4th - 8th
A fun, hands-on day where you explore emotional wellness, creativity, healthy living, and personal growth through engaging activities led by 4-H, FACS, and ANR. Participants will learn practical ways to manage stress, express emotions, build confidence, create calm, and care for their mind and body.
Cost: $25.00
**All proceeds benefit the Cobb County 4-Hyouthdevelopment program including 4-H supplies, judging teams, scholarships, and professional development.**
