Technique, drilling, LIVE (situations & wrestling)
Parents: We have a waiting room with a TV, complimentary WIFI, water and popcorn for those parents wanting to stick around or there are plenty of restaurants and businesses close by! No one is allowed in the wrestling room during camps
**Interesting Fact**
During the 2024 Iowa HS State Wrestling Tournament 65 wrestlers at some point in their career were/are official HAWC members. Of those 65 qualifiers; 29 earned State Medals, 7 made the State Finals & 1 was a State Champion!
