About

Participants will learn all about classic French baking techniques and how to make beloved French pastries. We emphasize individual hands-on learning and each student will leave this workshop with an understanding of a wide variety of French baking techniques.

Refreshments and snacks will be served each day and all students will take home the baked goods they made in class. Each student will also receive an in-depth recipe workbook of everything covered in this intensive.
