This workshop is based on the ground-breaking work of Dr. Brené Brown’s best-selling book, The Gifts of Imperfection™. During this workshop, you will learn ways to let go of who you think you are supposed to be and embrace who you are. You will explore what gets in the way of feeling loved, belonged to, and being enough. Then you will discover the secret to cultivating a life of true connection, authenticity, and depth in relationship with yourself and others. Reconnect with your confidence and with the creative roots that propelled you into the healing profession.
Using the work of Dr. Brené Brown, we’ll playfully and intentionally explore themes of courage, connection, vulnerability, and resilience utilizing THE GIFTS of IMPERFECTION™.
Curated specifically for mental health providers, we focus on increasing your reservoir of energy and well-being.
