4/20 Friendly Yoga Class

I want to welcome all to my 4/20 Friendly Yoga class. This class is open to all levels as I will provide modifications for the entire class. At this event we like to keep the vibes chill, we chit-chat, smoke, laugh and stretch.

At this class you can expect refreshments, provided by your instructor Paige.

Please bring your own yoga mat THIS IS A REQUIREMENT, a yoga block (if you have one, do not worry if you don't), a small blanket for cozy vibes during class.

Info: As people file in, we can roll-up, chit-chat, get to know our class mates and instructor Paige. We will lay out our mats and prepare for class.

Info: We will be moving for an hour straight so please keep that in mind and remember to be gentle with yourself, and listen to the modifications. Overall pace yourself and follow along to the best of your ability. This class has multiple peaks, meaning that we will be building heat in the body and during some parts of the class we will be faced with challenging poses. Don't let this deter you, embrace the challenge and overcome your comfort zone.
