Reservation Policy

All guests must check in no later than 15 minutes before the performance. After this time, any unclaimed reservations may be released to the standby list.

All members of a reservation must be present at check-in. If any members of the party are not present by the 15-minute check-in deadline, the remaining tickets may be released to the standby list.

Please plan to arrive early, as parking can be limited when multiple events are taking place across SMTD.
