A growing body of research indicates that music can help older adults dealing with a wide array of health concerns, from chronic pain to social isolation, to the confusion borne of dementia and the aphasia following a stroke. At the same time, a wide range of musical tools, programs, and services are available to older adults. Our Speaker

Rachelle Morgan has been in music therapy clinical practice since 2004 and is the founder of Soundscaping Source, a private practice in Kansas City, where her team primarily serves older adults. Rachelle is on the faculty of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and is in high demand as a speaker and consultant on topics related to ethics, business, and music in eldercare. She is also the author of Listen, Sing, Dance, Play: Bring Musical Moments Into The Rhythms Of Caregiving
