Come get Zen with us on a Sunday for a Sound Bath Meditation at the best brewery on Main Street in Downtown Norman!
To get prepared, you may be wondering, “What is a Sound Meditation?”
Also know as sound healing or sound therapy, this immersive experience is a form of meditation that uses the vibrations of sound to bring balance, harmony, and sense of healing serenity to your mind, body, and soul.
The crystal singing bowls are deeply restorative and take you on a journey through the elements and chakras - utilizing the energy of the earth/root to ground you, of water/sacral to help you release and flow, of fire/solar to awaken your passion and sense of self, of air/heart to open let love breeze through, and of the ether/throat to expand your ability to listen and to trust your voice.
During the Sound Bath, the primary instrument played is a set of 7 quartz crystal singing bowls, accompanied by various other instruments like rain sticks, chimes, bells, drums, rattles, tuning forks, and meditation tracks.
Attendees report a feeling of serene relaxation during and after.

This meditation specifically is focused on rinsing and balancing the 7 major chakras (energy centers) in your body that run along your spinal column, brow, and the crown of your head.
It will be an honor to guide you through this meditation!
Recommendations for Items to Bring:
- Yoga Mat (recommend a thick mat) or a comfy cushion to sit on
**Mat locations to lay down are limited and typically fill up fast. There are many areas all over the venue to sit, as well.
- Blanket (weighted blankets are the best...ifykyk)
- Pillow (optional. can be placed under your knees or head for comfort)
- Small cloth, eye pillow, or sleeping mask (to block light from your eyes)
- Any special items like crystals, jewelry, mala beads, tarot/oracle decks, etc. that you want to charge with the energy from the space (please keep the items small)
The recommended donation is $15 at the ticket link provided or at the door.
