3rd Saturday Tea, Tarot, & Craft: Make a 3 Seam Cloak
Schedule
Sat Oct 18 2025 at 11:00 am to 01:00 pm
UTC-04:00Location
First Unitarian Church of Orlando 1901 E Robinson St, Orlando, FL | Orlando, FL
Bring your sense of adventure and learn how to transform an ordinary full or queen-sized bedsheet into a dramatic, flowing cloak with just three seams and a spool of 1" satin ribbon! This beginner-friendly class will guide you step-by-step through creating a versatile cloak—perfect for costumes, cosplay, or everyday flair. No fancy equipment needed—we’ll loan the sewing machine and basic tools and give you a sewing buddy to help you.
While waiting for your turn on the sewing machines, enjoy the tea and tarot table. Walk away with a finished piece and the skills to make more! Wear your cloak to the Orlando Renn Faire in December! (( https://www.orlandorenaissancefestival.com )
