UPDATED LOCATION! Please note that New Beginnings Chapel has offered us use of their board room at the church, located on the corner of West Main & 11th St.This meeting will cover Japanese culture and etiquette. This is an important meeting for our exchange students as we will go over all the expectations of living with your host families for our two weeks in Tamba-Sasayama. Important items that we will be teaching will include gift giving, bowing & business card exchange, Ojama Shimasu (taking off your shoes), public dining etiquette, tipping (don't do it!), chop stick etiquette, Japanese money (this is still very much a cash based society), and how to use those fancy Japanese toilets!
You definitely don't want to miss this important meeting!
