- Friday, May 31, 2024 – Arrival & Reception of the participants to Edmonton, Canada
- Saturday, June 01, 2024 (Conference Day) – Registration, opening speech, keynote speech, and technical sessions.
- Sunday, June 02, 2024 – City visit (optional to the participants).
- Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
- Please make your own arrangements for visa (if applicable), accommodation, meals, and transportation during the conference.
- After completing the registration and verifying your successful payment, a regular invitation letter will be sent within 3 business days.
- Changes due to spelling or minor mistakes in the invitation letter will cost US$50.
