The 3rd Avenue Folk & Arts Festival is back!
Join us for a celebration of folk art, ethnic heritage, and the arts! Free to attend!
This year's festival will kick off with the opening reception of The Molok exhibit, feature a weekend of live music and performances, and highlight local artisans and folk artists who will be demonstrating and selling their work.
Musicians include Jason Gamble, Habatat, The Ne'er Do Wells, The Evergreens, Colt Winter Lepley, Sam Coco, and more!!
We will also have 3 live performances of The Molok and screenings of the short film, a folk lore lecture on Folk Magic in Pennsylvania by folklorist Michael Allison.
Our list of vending/demonstrating artists include: Carol Churchey, Glenn Klimeck, Kyle Reidmiller, Colleen Albright, Rayna Noel, Joanne Mekis, Mirand Fasnacht, Sarah Hunter, Portraits by Marci, Robert Forte, Motions in Glass, the Bead Chics, WSB Photography, Craig Leihfried, The Bog Market, and more!
We will also have several community art projects in progress including construction of The Molok's bottlecap cape!
Ethnic food by Ace's and Island Cuisine, and concessions and bar by BW staff.
BW Kid's Zone. Art projects for kid's of all ages.
