3rd Annual STEAM2 Day - Vendors

Empower All, in collaboration with Roberts Park Community Center, invites you to participate as a vendor at the third annual STEAM Squared Day, one of the signature events celebrating STEAM Awareness Month in April. This exciting community event is designed to ignite curiosity, foster learning, and bring the community together to explore the intersections of Science, Sustainability, Technology, Transportation, Engineering, Environment, Arts, Accountability, Math, and Mental-heath.

Why Participate?
STEAM² Day is more than just an event – it's a platform for vendors to engage with the community, promote their services or products, and contribute to an immersive learning experience. As a vendor, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Showcase Your Business/Organization: Engage directly with hundreds of community members interested in STEAM-related fields and experiences.
• Network & Collaborate: Connect with other local businesses, educational institutions, artists, and STEAM professionals.
• Educate & Inspire: Demonstrate your innovative products, host interactive activities, or provide hands-on learning experiences that spark creativity and curiosity in participants of all ages.
• Support the Community: Be part of a collaborative initiative that promotes education, sustainability, and artistic expression in a fun and welcoming environment.

Vendor Requirements:

• Vendors must complete a registration form by March 1st, 2025.
• All booths and activities must reflect or engage with at least one aspect of STEAM disciplines.
• Setup will begin at 8:30 am and must be completed by 9:45 am. Breakdown will begin at 1:15 pm.
• Vendors are encouraged to provide interactive or educational components to their booths to enhance attendee engagement.

Completer the Google Form. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged to secure your spot.
