Welcome to the 3rd Annual Sister Strut (5k Run & Walk)!

Come join us for a day of fun and fitness at the Marsh Meeting Area - 2983 Amnicola Hwy. Lace-up your sneakers and get ready to strut your stuff with your sisters and friends. This in-person event is all about celebrating sisterhood and supporting each other on our wellness journey.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a leisurely walk, this event is perfect for all fitness levels. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings as you make your way through the course, and don't forget to cheer on your fellow participants!

All proceeds will benefit the Heart Association. We welcome everyone—women, men, children, groups, churches, and organizations—to join us in this cause.
