Desis of Doylestown and Arva yoga co host the 3rd Annual Saree Run.Saree Run 2024 aims to honor the strength, resilience, and achievements of women while promoting inclusivity, diversity, and equity.
Every year, we raise funds to support women's education and empowerment by donating to charities that work and support that mission. This year our goal is to raise $15, 000 to support the following charities
Shiksha Nidhi Merit Scholarship:
Providing financial aid to students in need to complete their primary and secondary education in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, India
A Woman's Place: A Woman's Place is a community-based social change organization committed to the empowerment of women and ending domestic violence for all
This event welcomes participants of all ages, genders, races, identities, and abilities. You can walk, run, or join us with strollers and wheelchairs.
Registration: Registration is free, and you do not need a saree to participate
