Save the date! Our 3rd Annual Smoke OFF will be held on Saturday, May 11! Teams will compete in the following categories: Chicken, Pork Ribs, Brisket, Mystery Meat, Best Side Dish, Best Sauce, and People’s Choice (Pulled Pork- Judged by the Public!).
We will be stepping up the game this year with several KCBS Certified Judges on our judging panel! These judges will be offering feedback to each team as well!
