Pete Ruggieri was well loved in the Lancaster Community. He was best known as the founder of the Santa Stumble, which in its first 12 years raised over $200,000 for the horses and dogs of the Lancaster Mounted Patrol and K-9 units. The event has since been expanded to benefit other local charities.
Proceeds benefit Jefferson Health in Pete's memory. These funds will support research and development of treatment options for thyroid cancer patients like Pete.
Doors open at 2:00, "race" is at 3:00, meal at 3:05.
Registration fee includes:
- Event entry
- BBQ meal ticket (pulled pork, pulled chicken, mac and cheese, smoked beans, and coleslaw)
