Get ready, Thousand Oaks! ZOW is making its way to town this May for Mental Health Awareness Month! Following the incredible success at Oxnard College Park, we are thrilled to bring the Zones of Wellness (ZOW) experience to the heart of the Thousand Oaks community.
ZOW is dedicated to curating a day of well-being and enjoyment for families in our area. Join us as we transform the park into dynamic zones featuring art, music, mindfulness, fitness, play, nature, animal therapy, and much more!
This extraordinary event will provide FREE activities for the entire family, offering a chance to explore and embrace new avenues for enhancing well-being. Additionally, we're excited to unite with exceptional community partners who will share valuable information about the services they offer. It's a unique opportunity to learn, connect, and bolster each other on our wellness journeys.
As an added bonus, we'll have an outdoor shopping market featuring fantastic small business vendors and a silent auction showcasing out-of-this-world items to bid on. And let's not forget that May 4th is Star Wars Day – be prepared for some special visitors from a galaxy far, far away!
