Step into our barbershop-themed health corner for "Real Talk" Conversations. While you get a fresh cut from professional barbers, join male doctors and specialists for honest, laid-back discussions on preventive health, heart health, urology, and mental wellness. No clipboards, no judgment—just real talk.

Ladies, recharge in a space designed just for you. Focus on your physical and mental harmony with dedicated self-care resources, including a mobile mammogram van for convenient screenings and specialized wellness sessions focused on the unique health needs of women.

Get moving with our high-energy, "all-ages" fitness schedule:

• Bootcamp Session: Kickstart your heart rate.
• Line Dancing: Fitness that feels like a party.
• Chair Exercise: Low-impact movement for all mobility levels.
• Self-Defense Training: Empowering techniques for kids, adults, and seniors.

• CPR Certification: Get certified on-site! A certified instructor will be leading classes for a small fee—walk away with a skill that could save a neighbor’s life.
• Healthy Living Made Simple: Watch live cooking demonstrations to learn how to prep nutritious meals on a budget.
• Food Distribution: We’re giving back with food bag giveaways and a pantry distribution to ensure no one goes home hungry.
• Food Trucks: Enjoy delicious eats from local vendors, including vegan options.

We’ve made health fun! While you visit the screening booths, the kids can burn off energy in the Bounce House and participate in interactive games and youth-focused wellness activities.
