3rd Annual Maitake Jerky-Off and Bioluminescence Lecture

For the third year in a row we'll be getting together to socialize, eat, carve pumpkins, and see who makes the best maitake jerky.

This year we will start with a lecture on Fungal (and bacterial and animal!) Bioluminescence by special guest Matt Schink. Matt has been cultivating bioluminescent Panellus stipticus for years, and had been mastering the art of finding and photographing luminescence in nature.
