Featuring an engaging lineup of experts, these exclusive live stream presentations will ONLY be available on the day of the event. Topics include: Writing Narratives, Court Records, Scandinavian Research, Beginning Genealogy Right, Research Road Trips, New Orleans Area Research, Using AI, Collateral Research and MORE!

Local FamilySearch volunteers available all day for one-on-one research help!!
Historical and heritage societies, genealogy and library groups, museums and more will have displays and information tables at our Heritage Expo in the Community Engagement Area.
Tour the Digitization Station and the Chaparral Genealogy Collection!
Light snacks provided and vending machines are available all day.
Feel free to bring your own lunch or visit the campus cafe. You are welcome to bring drinks and food into the session rooms and research table areas. (Please do not eat at the computers, though!)

This event is made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Waco-McLennan County Library, Central Texas Genealogical Society, Texas State Genealogical Society, the Genealogy Network of Texas, Lone Star College – Tomball, Harris County Public Library and the Friends of the Tomball Community Library.

ON SITE ACTIVITIES:
Educational talks on a variety of genealogy related subjects.
Local FamilySearch volunteers will be on hand all day for one-on-one research help in the Heritage Expo and upstairs! Look for the Research Help Sign-in and the FamilySearch logo!
Expo Hall: Visit over 15 table exhibits from genealogy and history friends here to tell you about their organizations. Learn a bit, get a snack and make new connections!
Be sure to visit each table, get a signature on your "Duck-in Sheet" and turn it in to be placed in the special end of day drawing!
Doorprizes!
Heritage craft exhibit tables, local historical artifact displays, Chaparral Genealogy Collection tours and Digitization Station demonstrations throughout the day!
Library doors open at 8am.
Checkin begins at 8:30am.
Heritage Expo Hall opens and first program begins at 9:00 am.
