Here we go again! It is that wonderful time of the year where we get together with our great friends over at 608!This is our third go around with 608, and it promises to be a lovely event with a couple of fun La Crosse businesses!
We will have sales rep, extraordinaire, Zach from 608 in the house to fill your brain with any and all beer knowledge you may be seeking!
Now that you know the players, let's present the menu!
Course 1 – Burrata Salad
watercress, cashew, melon, fruit, extra virgin olive oil
Paired with: Kirby Dance Fruited Sour (passionfruit, lime, salt)
Course 2 – Ceviche
walleye, avocado, peppers, citrus, herbs
Paired with: Mexican Lager
Course 3 - Scallops
brown butter, caviar, barley, fennel foam
Paired with: TBD New England IPA
Course 4 – Pork Tenderloin
Sweet potato, blueberry, chevre, herbed Dr. Pepper reduction
Paired with: Riverside Brown Ale
Course 5 – Double Blue Cheesecake
Blueberry, English stilton
Paired with: BA Coconut Nebulous Void
