All are invited to join the Anglican community in Arlington for our 3rd Annual Corpus Christi Sunday Neighborhood Procession. We will literally "take Jesus to the streets" as we joyfully process the Holy Eucharist through the neighborhood behind our Parish. We will sing hymns and be accompanied by a brass quartet! Following the procession, we will have Solemn High Mass in the Church, concluding with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.
Feel free to wear cool clothing and bring an umbrella. Water bottles will be available in the Narthex of the Church. It is June, so it can get warm even in the morning!
The Feast of Corpus Christi (which means "Body of Christ") celebrates the wonderful gift of Jesus' enduring presence with us in his eucharistic Body and Blood.
