Bicycle & Fire Safety for the kids. Bring in your bikes and RECEIVE A FREE HELMET. There will be free hotdogs, popcorn, pop and punch plus cookies. Also, there will be a drawing for a KIDS BICYCLE. Must be present to win. In addition, Deputy Brian Bird will give safety tips on riding bikes. Declo Fire Chief Winn Osterhout will be here with the fire engine to give fire tips. This year there will be a photo shoot with a patriot back drop. PLUS Face painting. Lots of fun.
