Gabriel speaks powerfully on many important subjects, but he is considered an expert on Marian devotion and the Rosary. Bishop David Konderla is the bishop of the Diocese of Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma. He grew up in Bryan, TX and worked for several years as a machinist before entering the seminary. He was appointed the fourth bishop of Tulsa in 2016 by Pope Francis.
