About this Event
Get hands on with block based coding for Sphero SPRK+ robots

Coders will be able to create and run programs as well as accomplish different tasks using the Sphero SPRK+ and app. They will even be able to create their very own unique “robot art” that they can take home.

This class is great for beginners or students who have used Sphero, Ollie, Code.org and other block based coding programs.

Steps To Keep Your Child Healthy and Safe

Your child's health and safety are important to us. We have increased our sanitation procedures to ensure the laptops, accessories, and desks will be clean.

TechWise Academy will follow all CDC and local Health Department guidelines with regard to student and employee participation in our classes. Our organization will follow the same guidelines and restrictions as local school districts.

In addition to local school district guidelines, we will adopt the following rules

  • Any course that uses robotics or physical hardware will be limited to one device per student, except in the case of siblings who desire to share.
  • Mask policy will match local school districts.
  • All devices will be cleaned with electronics-safe cleaner before and after each class.
  • As of this update, all employees are vaccinated. Future employees who choose not to vaccinate may be required to wear a mask while instructing courses.
  • Students, or students with immediate household family members, who are feeling sick will be advised not to attend our classes and will receive a full refund.
  • Any instructor who feels ill will not be able to teach classes. Another instructor who has not been in contact with the first will assume responsibilities. In the event that a replacement can not be found, the class will be cancelled or rescheduled.
