Hilltop Clinic is hosting our third annual golf scramble to raise funds for the general operations of the clinic. Help us continue to offer a high-quality medical home to uninsured and underinsured children and further our mission of sharing the healing love of Jesus with our community by promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness!
Fundraising Goal: $100,000
Registration: $800/4-person team, $200/individual (includes green fee, light breakfast, lunch, snacks, water, and Gatorade on the course)
Registration limited to the first 100 players or June 7
All players must have their own set of clubs. Rentals sets are available through the Hidden Trails Country Club Pro Shop.

Scramble Schedule:
7:30-8:30 am: Registration; Coffee, Donuts, Fruit
9:00 am: Scramble Shotgun Start
After Golf: Lunch; Awards; A Brief Word

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we rely on a community of partners and organizations who want to see quality healthcare an accessible reality for all children. Our fundraising goal for this event is $100,000. With these funds, we will be able to continue offering a high-quality medical home to uninsured and under-insured children as well as expand our services to include mental health.

Bronze = $1,000 (sign on tee; branded items in gift bags; website & program listing; 2 green fees; name on putting green banner)
Silver = $2,500 (sign on tee; branded items in gift bags; website & program listing; 4 green fees; name on putting green banner, event banner, and golf cart)
Gold = $5,000 (sign on tee; branded items in gift bags; website & program listing; 6 green fees; name on putting green banner, event banner, golf cart, and player gift bags; half-page ad in program; information table)
