3D Beaded Embroidery Workshop

We’ll be using pre-loved jewellery, beads, buttons and other haberdashery to create 3D embroidery pieces to hang proudly on your wall!

Join us at Corner Coffee Co, on Bath Road in Cheltenham on Thursday 8th October 7-9.30pm for this new workshop for Autumn 2026.

First I’ll discuss various options and techniques for applying your beads and buttons and show you some examples I have made before. Then you’ll select the fabric you want to use as your base and I’ll show you how to attach it to your bamboo embroidery hoop. Then you’ll be able to browse the collection of items to sew on to your fabric. There is no experience needed at all, I will help you along the way with threading needles and suggestions on how to bring your piece together. But if you’re unsure- if you can sew on a button, you can definitely do this!

You could make an initial, number, shape - or just design something at random.

You will go home with your embroidered piece in a hoop ready to be displayed.

Your first drink is included in the ticket price and extra drinks and cakes are available to purchase on the night.
