Register now for CELA's 38th Annual Employment Law Conference. Join us for two-and-a-half days of continuing education and networking for plaintiffs' employment lawyers.
The conference qualifies for 15 hours MCLE. Specialty credit offered is denoted in the panel description. CELA is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider, #2292.
If you are unable to attend in person, all conference sessions will be videorecorded, and will be available for purchase on demand after the conference.
Registration Deadlines: Online registration for in-person attendance ends at 3:00 pm PST on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. Thereafter, "walk-in" registration will be available online starting 7:00 am PST on Thursday, October 23, 2025 and in-person starting at 10:30 am PST at the Hilton San Francisco. Walk-in registrations will require extra processing time. Please plan to wait. NO 1-DAY OR PARTIAL REGISTRATIONS AVAILABLE.
Conference Admission Requirements for CELA Associate Members and Non-CELA Members: The conference is exclusively for attorneys representing workers. You MUST complete the declaration to attend the conference. Full-time attorney mediators/arbitrators, law school professors, law students, and paralegals, are exempt.
Conference Recordings: For access to all 2025 conference recordings post-event, please select the "VOD Library Add-on" ticket during registration. This includes up to an additional 7.5 CLE credit hours.
