Different Strokes! Is thrilled to present our fourth year of this series of monologues and short plays. This year, our theme will be: Get up, STAND UP!
Please join us as we present material from local authors and around the world.
About the Festival
This year’s festival is subtitled Get Up! Stand Up!, bringing together stories of triumph, survival, inspiration, humor, and personal power for a world that could use them right now. This theatrical celebration features a curated selection of emerging playwrights and offers audiences a rotating mix of five short plays and five monologues across three weekends.
Performance Format
Across eight different evenings of entertainment, audiences will experience a fresh combination of short plays and monologues at each performance. Following each evening’s performance, audience members will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite monologue and favorite play. Those selections will help shape The Best of 369, a special afternoon of audience favorites on Sunday, October 18 at 3 p.m.
