Creating a space for 40yr old plus women to connect and explore our city’s parks and neighboring trails while we move our bodies!
About this Event

We will meet up at the Fox Chase Train Station at 10am on Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm. The Fox Chase/Lorimar Trail starting point is right across the street. We will warm up and stretch to begin our walk, jog or run 15 minutes after meeting start time! 365 WellFit is truly excited to begin this journey with you!!!
