360 Degree Leader Course (best suited for E1-E6 & O1-O6)
About this Event

This course teaches the myths of the leader, challenges of the leader,

leading up, leading across, leading down. There is a total of 5 videos

ranging from 35-55 mins. After each video instructors and students talk

about what they learned and what they see in their organization. Discussion

can range from 15-30 mins. Breaks are 5-10 mins with a lunch break no

greater than 60 mins. Day can be as short as 7 hrs.

Recommend Civilian clothes for students and instructors.
