GROUP REGISTRATION

This group registration discount remains available for virtual tickets the entire time, whereas for groups attending on site, this discount will be for a limited time only.

There are early bird rates available now for both on site and virtual tickets that end Thursday, July 10th at 11:59pm PDT.

PAYMENT PLAN

Should you need a payment plan, please contact Stephanie Thomas using the instructions below. In the meantime, register as "paying by check" so your registration is in the system and the payment plan will be set up as follows:

1) Email Stephanie Thomas at [email protected] and she will set up a payment plan (all payments must be completed by October 9, 2025).

2) She will send you a digital invoice from STRIPE based on the information below and it will become an automated monthly deduction once you enter your credit card details. When you email her, please include the following:

• Full Name(s)
• Email and Mobile
• Registration Package(s) you are wanting to purchase and total amount
• Number of payments based on number of months before the event (all payments must be completed by October 9, 2025)
• Day of the month you would like the payment debited from your account

HOTEL RESERVATIONS - THE DOUBLETREE

$165++ per night ($203/night with taxes and fees) for single/doubles.

$185++ per night ($228/night with taxes and fees) for triples/quadruples.

Additional nights can be booked between the 7th and the 14th at same group rate.

AIRPORT TRANSFER OPTIONS

The DoubleTree Hotel is less than five minutes from San Jose International Airport. They offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the San Jose Mineta International Airport between the hours of 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week. Shuttles depart from main entrance of the Hotel every 20 minutes.
