32nd Annual Frank and Bethine Church Gala

Mark your calendar for Saturday, March 7th, and join us at the Annual Frank & Bethine Church Gala! Enjoy a delicious dinner, connect with fellow Idaho Democrats, and hear from an inspiring lineup of speakers!

1. Think about who you're going with or who you'll want to see there. For dinner, you'll be seated at an assigned table. Before purchasing your tickets online, check in with your friends and colleagues to see if they plan on going. You'll be asked at checkout for any guests you prefer to be seated with.

2. Should you buy a table or individual tickets? Individual tickets start at $150, while tables for ten people start at $1,000, a 33% savings. If you choose to purchase a table for your party, you'll have until Friday, February 27, to submit the names of your tablemates and their meal choices.

3. Purchase your tickets online. At the top of this page, click the "Get Tickets" button to get started. You'll be asked to select an admission type and dinner option for each purchased ticket. After completing your purchase, a receipt will be sent to your email, and your tickets will be at roll call when you arrive at the event.

ONLY 100 GOLDEN TICKETS WILL BE SOLD! Tickets may sell out before the event, so get yours now by selecting this "add-on" during checkout. The winner chooses from four vacation packages for two people.

• Kentucky Bourbon Experience: Enjoy a three-night luxury stay in Lexington with a gourmet steakhouse dinner and a guided private tour of five iconic bourbon distilleries complete with tastings and perks.
• Tuscany: Spend six unforgettable nights in a private Cortona apartment featuring a hands-on cooking demonstration and immersive local wine education and tastings.
• Nashville Opry Getaway: Experience Music City with a three-night hotel stay and two tickets to the legendary Grand Ole Opry, plus your choice of top Nashville hotels.
• Costa Rica: Relax for five nights in paradise, choosing between a stunning beach escape or an adventurous rainforest retreat.

To start, you'll be served a fresh Snake River Wine Country Salad with organic mixed greens, red grapes, candied walnuts, goat cheese, and roasted garlic balsamic vinaigrette.

For your entree, you may select from two dinner options.

Slow-Roasted Prime Rib of Beef - Served with Loaded Twice-Baked Idaho Potato, Au Jus, and Creamed Horseradish

Sweet Potato Curry - Sweet Potatoes, Zucchini, Eggplant, Kale, Coconut Milk, Lime, Garlic, Tamari, and Steamed Rice (gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free).

And for dessert, pick a Dark Chocolate Pot Au Creme or a Vanilla Creme Brulee.

Regular Admission ($150) - Admission to the Social Hour and Dinner.

Premium Admission ($300) - Admission to the Social Hour, VIP Reception, and Dinner with preferred seating, plus one free entry into the Golden Ticket drawing.

Regular Table ($1,000) - Regular admission for ten guests. Save by purchasing a table and enjoy preferred seating.

Premium Table ($2,500) - Premium admission for ten guests at a table near the stage, complimentary wine, and party favors.

Golden Ticket Drawing Entry ($100) - One entry into the Golden Ticket drawing, only 100 tickets will be sold!

IDYD Afterparty ($50) - Join the Idaho Young Democrats for an afterparty downtown right after the Gala. Location and special guests to be announed.

What is the social hour? Before dinner, explore the venue and grab a drink at any of the several bars in the reception hall. Meet up with friends and colleagues and bid on some of the hundreds of items in our silent auction!

What is the VIP reception? VIPs, Giving Society Members, and Premium Admission ticket holders are invited to the VIP Reception, which takes place concurrently with the social hour before dinner. Enjoy complimentary drinks and the chance to meet our featured guests.

What is the IDYD Afterparty? The Idaho Young Democrats will host an afterparty directly after the Gala, ~9 pm. The downtown venue and special guest speakers will be announced soon.

Can I select who I sit with? During checkout, you'll indicate your preferred seating. Don't forget this important step so we can seat you with your friends. Tables seat up to 10 people.

Are there reduced-rate tickets available? We understand that tickets to the Frank and Bethine Church Gala can be expensive. Pricing reflects our goal of offering a high-quality experience at a great venue while raising the funds the Idaho Democratic Party depends on during an election year. Meeting of the State Central Committee: The regular State Central Committee Meeting occurs before the Frank and Bethine Church Gala at the Boise Centre. State Central Committee Members must register for the meeting separately.
